Why Two Investors Started a Grounds Crew
Clearline Outdoor is veteran-owned and founded by Carsten Cross and Brock Burdine. Before running crews, both spent time on the investment side of commercial real estate — underwriting deals, tracking NOI, and sitting in the owner's seat evaluating vendor performance from the outside.
That perspective is why we run this business differently. We know that to an owner, a landscaping or snow contract isn't a line item to set and forget — it's a direct input to property performance, resident satisfaction, and liability exposure.
