Project Spotlight: Refreshing Landscape Beds Across Plymouth Commons
Plymouth Commons, a multifamily property in Plymouth, needed more than a single tired flower bed touched up. Mulch across the property had thinned out and gone gray, timber edging had started to crack, and several beds needed to be reworked, not just topped off. Clearline handled it building by building over several visits rather than treating it as one quick entrance job.
Where It Started
Before any of the work started, the beds around the property looked like this: old mulch worn down to almost nothing in spots, sparse plantings, and edging that had seen better seasons. This is the baseline the rest of the project worked from.
The Walkway
The walkway leading to the rental office went from bare dirt with mulch just getting started to a fully planted, edged bed in the same day. Old mulch was removed, the beds were weeded and prepped, new plants installed, and fresh mulch went down on both sides.
Across the Property
The rental office walkway wasn't the only stop. The same crew worked through bed after bed at other buildings on the property over the following days, staging new plants, clearing out old mulch, and bringing in fresh material by the skid steer load to keep pace with a job this size.
The Result
What had been a property with patchy, aging beds in early May was, building by building, brought back to a consistent standard by early June, with new mulch, new plants, and edging that isn't cracked and sinking anymore. The same visits also covered a new tree planting, three additional stumps ground out, and protective rings installed around several established trees on the property.
